Two Super Fun Games!

Our family has learned some new games. The materials are easy enough to come by, so you have no excuse for NOT playing these games!

Preschooler Coins ****

• Take out your favorite penny.
• Toss it a little into the air and wait for it to hit the ground.
• Run to see which side of the penny is up.
• If there is a face, yell "face!"
• If there is a building, yell "building!"
• Repeat as many times as you can stand it.

Roll and Record One +
This one is a bit more complicated; you may need to write down/print these directions. This one you can play by yourself or with as many people as you want. We played as 2 teams - Mom against the kids.

• Write the numbers 1-6 on the bottom of a sheet of paper.
• Create 6 boxes above each number. (Don't worry, there is no need to make them all the same size. In fact it creates quite the challenge if you make some of them too small to write in!)
• Roll a die.
• Carefully examine which number it is. (This was actually good practice for the 3 year old!)
• Write in the number in the bottom box above the corresponding number on the sheet. (The 3YO did't do this part, but she certainly could learn her numbers and put an X in the box.)
• Repeat steps 3-5 until someone gets all 6 boxes of 1 number filled.
• They win!
• Let the other person keep playing until they get all 6 boxes of one kind filled. (Wasn't that nice of the kids? I thought so!)

I LOVE that my kids are so easy to entertain!

And here I was thinking that we needed a weekend away!

I really did research it, and found that a weekend at a water park would be $300!

These 2 games are so much cheaper!

And so much more fun less money!
