As we were getting the Berry Princess into bed tonight (with a 101.2 fever btw!) she always turns off the light. Tonight it was not yet dark out, so I hadn't turned on the light to read a story. She turns on the light and then turns it off. Surprising to her the room is still pretty light, as opposed to the pitch black she likes. (Weird, I know. We tried a night light, and she doesn't want it on.)
Her thoughts: "It broke. The light is broke. Yep, it is. I towed you."
"Yes, sweetie. The light is broke, and that is why it is so light in here."
